When I first started researching how food arrived onto my plate I felt like Neo in the "Matrix" having taken the "red pill." The more I looked into our industrialized food system the more I began to realize how it connects everything and everyone. Food and water are truly the binding agent of humanity - nothing connects us more or can be shared as easily as the nourishment of our own physical being.
You are what you eat including all the components that go into it - good and bad.
